Product Warranty

All products sold by MAXSTILE SRL are covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase.
The warranty does not cover products that show physical defects such as: impacts, cracks, chips, burnt or cracked components/parts, etc., damaged, removed or altered warranty labels or seals, products used under improper conditions (inappropriate supply voltage, exposure to large temperature and pressure variations, mechanical shocks, improper handling, use in conditions of humidity, dust, fumes or under the action of chemical substances, etc.), incorrect settings and installations, ungrounded outlets, ingress of liquids, metals or other substances inside the equipment, mechanical interventions or interventions on plastic parts, as well as connecting or disconnecting certain components while the equipment is operating.
