Free delivery
All orders placed on maxstile.ro include free delivery up to the front of the building, via a courier company.

Handling and carrying inside the building
Handling and carrying the products inside the home (stairs/lift, placement in the room, etc.) are not included and are the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery time for in-stock products
Delivery of in-stock products is available only within Romania and is carried out within 3–5 business days from order confirmation.

“Made to order” products
For products marked as “made to order”, the delivery time is stated on the product page and may vary depending on complexity and availability.

Order processing
Orders placed during weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Factors that may affect delivery time
The estimated delivery time may change due to circumstances beyond the seller’s control, such as public holidays, adverse weather conditions, or unforeseen technical/logistical issues.

Product packaging
Products delivered by Maxstile S.R.L. are carefully packaged for enhanced protection (stretch film/cellophane, bubble wrap, cardboard boxes) and placed on pallets to ensure stability and safety during transport.
