Payment methods

You can purchase products on maxstile.ro using the following payment methods:
• Cash on delivery (COD): the value of the ordered products and services can be paid to the courier upon delivery, at the address you specified.
• Bank transfer: payment can be made by bank transfer based on the proforma invoice. The products will be shipped after the amount (the total invoice value) is credited to our account. Bank details:

• Online card payment (NETOPIA Payments): you can pay online securely via NETOPIA Payments. Visa and Mastercard cards are accepted, and transactions are authorised via 3D Secure (where applicable).
• Online card payment (BT ePOS / BT iPay): you can also pay online via the secure BT iPay portal (Banca Transilvania). Visa/Mastercard cards are accepted (including Revolut-issued cards); American Express cards are not accepted for online payments via iPay BT.
• Instalment payments (tbi): for certain products, we offer instalment payments through tbi bank, subject to the financier’s terms and approval, as shown on the product page and/or at checkout.

We do not charge any additional transaction fees; any fees/conversion may be applied by your card-issuing bank (depending on card type and account currency).
Regardless of your account currency, transactions are processed in RON (lei) at your issuing bank’s exchange rate.

Card details are entered and processed exclusively on the secure pages of the payment processors; MAXSTILE SRL does not store or have access to your card’s confidential data. Payment authorisation is completed via the applicable security mechanisms (e.g., 3D Secure), where applicable.

For card payments, the transaction will appear on your bank statement as MAXSTILE SRL.
