The sofa rests on a light leather base, with modern and elegant metal legs. The model can be made with leather, textile, and microfiber upholstery.

Leather

The product is made entirely of genuine leather, tanned exclusively in Italy, fully respecting the environment.

The advantages of such a material are the following:

• It is a natural product;
• It breathes: it absorbs up to 25% moisture of its own weight;
• It has an easy thermal adaptation to the environment: it will have the same temperature as the air, it adapts to the temperature of the human body without exceeding it;
• It does not allow either dust or hair to penetrate, thus it does not cause allergic problems;
• It is elastic and resistant.

Relaxation

The innovative armrests equipped with modern ratchet systems can be adjusted as needed by manual operation. The ratchet mechanisms used have a 45-degree opening and are produced by KOYO Corporation Japan, having very high quality and very high durability over time.

The movable headrests can be moved and mounted to the desired backrest simply and without much effort. Movable headrests can be produced and delivered for all backrests of the sofa.

HR polyurethane foam

The seat is made of high-resilience sponge type HR (high resilience) which is "dressed" in wadding before being inserted into the leather cover, to provide increased comfort in use.

With an open-cell structure arranged randomly, high-resilience polyurethane foam provides comfortable elasticity and firm support for the body. It provides improved ventilation of air and moisture and regains its original shape immediately after compression. High-resilience polyurethane foam is a PU foam of the highest quality, providing superior support, comfort, and durability.

The high-resilience polyurethane foam used has a density of 35 kg/m3.

Conjugated siliconized hollow polyester fiber

The backrest is made of discontinuous polyester fiber ("fiocco") type HCS which is intended to provide increased comfort in use.

Conjugated siliconized hollow polyester fiber, HCS 7Dx64, is made from virgin raw material, being used for backrest cushions that have exceptional quality. The fineness is 7 Den and the fiber length is 64mm.

The main characteristics of the product used: hypoallergenic material, very good degree of elasticity, very long service life, ensures excellent air permeability.

The material is manufactured from 100% virgin polyester fibers that are three-dimensionally twisted, lighter (having a high degree of lumen / internal void) and more elastic (being conjugated).

Frame skeletons

All our sofa frames are made of resistant materials: plywood (12/18mm), MDF (4/10mm), chipboard (12/16mm), beech wood, fir wood.

The parts of the supporting structure are fixed with screws.

Metal legs

The metal legs used have a modern design, are chrome-plated, and have the color "canna di fucile". The leg height of 14 cm allows access for robot vacuum cleaners under the sofa and the circulation of warm air in the case of using underfloor heating systems.
