The Casanova sofa captivates with elegance and comfort: its special stitching enhances the silhouette, while the high backrest headrest cushion and the soft ergonomic armrest deliver a unique comfort experience. It is a comfortable solution with Relax motion, also available in corner compositions of various sizes and in chaise-longue options, including electric versions. The model can be made with leather, fabric, or microfiber upholstery.

Leather
The product is made entirely of genuine leather, tanned exclusively in Italy, with full respect for the environment.

• It breathes: it absorbs up to 25% moisture of its own weight;
• Easy thermal adaptation to the environment: it has the same temperature as the air and adapts to the human body temperature without exceeding it;
• It does not allow dust or hair to penetrate, therefore it does not cause allergic issues;

Relax & Motion
Power motion sofas have two basic movements: the first extends the footrest with a gentle reclining motion, and the second extends the seat and reclines the backrest to provide maximum comfort.
The Casanova sofa with Relax is characterized by an exclusive 2-motor Relax motion, allowing you to vary the recliner positions.
The recliner mechanisms and the electric control and management systems used for this product are of the highest quality, manufactured by our partner Dewert Okin, a member of the Phoenix Mecano AG group.

HR polyurethane foam
The seat is made of high-resilience HR foam, wrapped in wadding before being inserted into the leather cover, to provide enhanced comfort in use.
With an open-cell structure arranged randomly, high-resilience polyurethane foam offers comfortable elasticity and firm body support. It improves air and moisture ventilation and immediately returns to its original shape after compression. This high-resilience polyurethane foam is a top-quality PU foam, providing superior support, comfort, and durability.
The density of the high-resilience foam used is 35 kg/m³.

Siliconized conjugated hollow polyester fiber (HCS)
The backrest is made of discontinuous polyester fiber (“fiocco”) of the HCS type, designed to provide enhanced comfort in use.
The siliconized conjugated hollow polyester fiber, HCS 7Dx64, is made from virgin raw material and is used for backrest cushions of outstanding quality. The fineness is 7 Den and the fiber length is 64 mm.
Key characteristics of the material used: hypoallergenic, very good elasticity, very long service life, and excellent air permeability.
The material is produced from 100% virgin polyester fibers that are three-dimensionally crimped, lighter (with a high lumen/inner void content) and more elastic (being conjugated).

Frame structures
All our sofa frames are made from durable materials: plywood (12/18 mm), MDF (4/10 mm), particle board (12/16 mm), beech wood, and fir wood.
The supporting structural parts are fastened with screws.

No-Sag sinuous springs
The sofa seat is equipped with No-Sag sinuous springs, painted and galvanized, providing enhanced comfort and a firm, pleasant sitting support.
