The Baltic sofa was designed to provide maximum comfort, thanks to its adjustable headrests and the exclusive Relax motion. Its elegant, clean-lined design suits both modern and traditional interiors. A comfortable model with practical adjustable headrests and Relax motion, it can be customised in multiple leather types and colours. The refined lines and steel legs make it ideal for any setting. The model can also be made with leather, fabric or microfiber upholstery.

Leather
The product is made entirely of genuine leather, tanned exclusively in Italy, with full respect for the environment. The advantages of this material are: it is a natural product; it breathes – absorbing up to 25% moisture of its own weight; it adapts easily to ambient temperature – matching the air temperature and adjusting to body temperature without exceeding it; it does not allow dust or hair to penetrate, therefore it does not cause allergic issues; it is elastic and durable. A leather product is exceptionally long-lasting.

Relax & Motion
Power motion sofas have two basic movements: the first extends the footrest with a gentle reclining motion, and the second extends the seat and tilts the backrest to provide maximum comfort. The Baltic sofa with relax is characterised by an exclusive single-motor Relax motion, allowing you to vary the recliner positions and adjust the headrests separately. The modern control panel features a USB port, which can be used according to your needs. The recliner mechanisms and the electric control and management systems used for this product are of the highest quality and are manufactured by our partner, Motion Italia. The manually adjustable headrests are easy to operate without effort. The ratchet mechanisms used have a 90-degree opening and are produced by KOYO Corporation (Japan), offering very high quality and long-term durability.

HR polyurethane foam
The seat is made of high-resilience HR (high resilience) foam, which is “wrapped” in wadding before being inserted into the leather cover, to provide enhanced comfort in use. With an open-cell structure arranged randomly, high-resilience polyurethane foam offers comfortable elasticity and firm body support. It improves air and moisture ventilation and returns to its original shape immediately after compression. The high-resilience foam used is premium-quality PU foam, providing superior support, comfort and durability. The density of the HR foam used is 35 kg/m³. The backrest is made of standard foam with a density of 16 kg/m³, intended to provide increased comfort during use.

Frame structure
All our sofa frames are made from durable materials: plywood (12/18 mm), MDF (4/10 mm), chipboard (12/16 mm), beech wood and spruce wood. The structural support parts are secured with screws.

Metal legs
The metal legs have a modern design, are chrome-plated and finished in “canna di fucile” (gunmetal). The 14 cm leg height allows robot vacuum cleaners to pass underneath the sofa and enables warm air circulation when underfloor heating systems are used.
