The Nabucco sofa has an elegant design and was created with attention to the smallest details such as the stitching that beautifies the shapes. The two Relax movements of each seat act, one by reclining the backrest and raising the footrest, the other by adjusting the headrest: for a total comfort experience. The model can be made with leather, textile, and microfiber upholstery.

Leather

The product is made entirely of genuine leather, tanned exclusively in Italy, fully respecting the environment.

The advantages of such a material are the following:

• It is a natural product;
• It breathes: it absorbs up to 25% moisture of its own weight;
• It has an easy thermal adaptation to the environment: it will have the same temperature as the air, it adapts to the temperature of the human body without exceeding it;
• It does not allow either dust or hair to penetrate, thus it does not cause allergic problems;
• It is elastic and resistant.

Relax & Motion

Power Motion sofas have two basic movements: the first extends the footrest with a slight reclining motion, and the second extends the seat and reclines the backrest to provide maximum comfort.

The Nabucco sofa with relax is characterized by an exclusive Relax movement with 4 motors, which will allow you to vary the positions of the recliner system and to adjust the headrests separately.

The modern control panel is equipped with a USB port that can be used according to your needs.

The recliner mechanisms and the electric command and control systems, used for this product, are of the highest quality being made by our partner Dewert Okin, a member of the Phoenix Mecano AG group.

HR polyurethane foam

The seat is made of high-resilience sponge type HR (high resilience) which is "dressed" in wadding, before being inserted into the leather cover, to provide increased comfort in use.

With an open-cell structure that is arranged randomly, high-resilience polyurethane foam provides comfortable elasticity and firm support for the body. It provides improved ventilation of air and humidity and regains its original shape immediately after compression. High-resilience polyurethane foam is a PU foam of the highest quality, providing superior support, comfort, and durability.

The high-resilience polyurethane foam used has a density of 35 kg/m3.

Conjugated siliconized hollow polyester fiber

The backrest is made of discontinuous polyester fiber ("fiocco") type HCS which is intended to provide increased comfort in use.

Conjugated siliconized hollow polyester fiber, HCS 7Dx64, is made from virgin raw material, being used for backrest cushions that have a special quality. The fineness is 7 Den and the fiber length is 64mm.

The main characteristics of the product used: hypoallergenic material, very good degree of elasticity, very long service life, ensures a special air permeability.

The material is manufactured from 100% virgin polyester fibers that are three-dimensionally twisted, lighter (having a high degree of lumen / internal void) and more elastic (being conjugated).

Frame skeletons

All our sofa frames are made of resistant materials: plywood (12/18mm), MDF (4/10mm), chipboard (12/16mm), beech wood, fir wood.

The parts of the supporting structure are fixed with screws.

No-Sag sinusoidal springs

The sofa seat is equipped with No-Sag sinusoidal springs, painted and galvanized, which provide increased comfort and a firm and pleasant support when sitting.
